Dear Friends, Family, Fort Collins and Sweets Community,
I have some pretty big news to break to you. After 5 great years of making and selling cosmetics, getting involved with the community, and growing our business together, Molly and I have decided to part ways and begin some new adventures. We have thoroughly enjoyed owning Sweets together and will always look back on our memories with a smile.
For those of you who love our cosmetics and are thinking, “AHHH! NOOO! This can’t be happening!”
No worries. I am going to continue Sweets Cosmetics, so you can keep in touch with me for all of your Sweets needs.
For those of you who are curious about what we are doing in the future…
I am going to be doing a few things:
- Bruce Spruce: Ever heard of Man Balm? Well, it’s about time that Man Balm had a home. There is going to be a vintage comic strip, an outdoor survival blog, and lots of man products so get excited and for goodness sake, like Bruce on Facebook!
- Spreading Entrepreneurship: I have learned over the past 5 years that my passion is helping other people grow their hobbies and dreams into businesses. I will be helping out around the Fort Collins community (and other places, too) to help entrepreneurs so let me know if you want to grab coffee sometime to discuss turning what you love into what you do
Molly is taking some time to educate herself on makeup more and practice the art of being a makeup artist. She is also thinking about launching a high-end, natural makeup line sometime in the near future so keep your eyes open for that.
Thank you for everything you have done for us and the unconditional support we have received for the past 5 years. You are all great!
